How's this for a ridiculous concept -- so it's night, and you're looking up at Saturn, or some other planet, in the night sky, and you're thinking "I wonder if there's some extraterrestrial being on one of those planets...and maybe that extraterrestrial is looking at Earth, and is wondering if there's intelligent life here" and then your mind explodes. That is exactly what happened to me, and, as I recollected the pieces of my skull from off the dirty, dirty ground, I thought it would make a good concept for a song. There's some 7/4 time at the end to appease all the progressive rock snobs.
